i use rhythmbox , it's great music player, think automatic conversion feature great (if underdocumented... way, there guide exact codes put in is_audio_player various formats?), i've noticed has problems musepack support. one, can't seem change tags on them, issue can solved retagging using external program, however, has trouble recoding .mpc files other formats – when drag&drop files onto music player, nothing, not prompt me doesn't transfer files! there easy solution this? if not, has issue been reported, , if not, can that? in advance. i've been collecting digital photos various dust collecting hard drives on reside. i've been using (and loving) shotwell this. i'm using yorba ppa version. i'm trying export bunch of pictures have given titles in shotwell (right click picture, select "edit title..."). when export titles not applied file names , can't find option enable behavior. anyway, that's not point. used exiv2 program read 1 of these picture's metadata see if 'title' gave in shotwell showed anywhere. doesn't. did notice empty field called "exif comment". so, in roundabout way, wonder if there indeed not "title" tag in exif? , in case there 'unofficial' standard(s) using exif comment tag add things titles, tags (the photo organizing kind) , other things might useful , not included in typical exif metadata? ask because intended use exif comment tag such thing , wondered if work has been done? much,

let me start saying i'm not developer, , may in over  head on project i'm working on.   i'm creating a  page register new user's information aa access user table. i've  created registration form, , added insert record behavior. that  works fine, no problems. however, when add check new user  behavior, strange results.   if new  username valid (not duplicate), form processes , goes my  "thank registering" page. great.   if new  username not valid, behavior redirects "sorry, pick a  different username" page. great.   when user goes  registration page change user name , tries to  submit form, , error message appears thet connection  (mm_rskey) still open. when @ code (with limited  knowledge of actual code), looks behavior doesn't close the  connection unless selected user name valid. if redirect  happens, , user goes registration form page, the  connection hasn't been closed, , form won't process.   i've  tried splitting registratio

hi, i've bought new hp dm4 (ati radeon 5450 switchable graphics) , have been trying install karmic on no avail. boot ubuntu dvd choose install ubuntu. screen goes blank indefinitely after that. it's not brightness issue body reported here. tried press brightness key , can see light radiating backlight. help? thank you. when start 4k movie in vlc tells me: video output acceleration driver not support required resolution: 4096x1706 pixels. maximum supported resolution 2048x1706. video output acceleration disabled. however, rendering videos overly large resolution may cause severe performance degration. can somehow fix this? maybe increase output resolution somehow? downloaded 4k movies here: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_lis...f9e09ecec8f88f thanks, sb as message says, down video driver, card using , driver running?
