Finding indd files that have x-height applied to text frame

hi, have 2,000 indesign files , need ensure x-height not font baseline option on of text frames in them.

 

is there way create report on folder full of indesign documents tell me ones have x-height applied?

there 1 way check: slow, slow way. i.e., open file, check every single text frame, close.

 

it can scripted, though.
