Dynamically change PopUpButton's popup width?

anyone know how solve problem when open popupbutton's popup, can dynamically make width larger opening width.  have attached example code slider bound width of popup , if play it, notice can drag width smaller cannot drag width larger original popup width.  limitation of flex or bug of popupbutton?

it work if put  initial value of slider maximum value of slider...
