hi,

please deselect option of flash player in installer before beginning installation , see if installation successful. (please uninstall flash builder , reboot before trying reinstall)

 

if doesn't help, please run cs5 clean tool option uninstall flash player , fb, reboot after cleaning , reinstall fb (selecting flash player also)

 

cs5 clean tool can downloaded http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs5clean.html
