Anyone know what has happened to Neoworx Counter?? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have used neoworx counters on 3 sites, expensive subscription service - quality incredible support painfully non existant, last subscription made had hassle them real hard.

i notice joomla version dated 2008 , in last 12 months on there site have changed counter lot guess need new version of joomla, latest requests going nowhere....
