uncontrollable "perspective" when scaling

hello,

i used 3d rotate 160° perspective create background image. i'm using cs4 illustrator.

 

when scale it, perspective reshaping whole figure... not want.

it cuts off of image:

 

why cut off bottom corner?

and how 'freeze' perspective, can scale propotionally...
