Thread: Deleted bottom panel and moved top panel to bottom. Now have ghost top panel!

hi. deleted bottom panel , moved top panel bottom. have ghost top panel. how rid of it?

every time maximise window, ghost panel altered.

did log out , came back?
may have added many panels.
try right clicking ghost panel , click 'delete panel'
