Non fatal error in IE8 with document.write('<script ... src="Scripts/swfobject

the following instruction:

document.write('<script type="text/javascript" src="scripts/swfobject_modified.js"></script>');

works ie8, gives error message: 'swfobject' undefined.

there no problems ff (and ie8, if put instruction directly in page, without document.write).

can go on it, or way avoid error message?

post link uploaded page can troubleshoot please. far can tell it's not document.write causing problem.
