Is lookup dialog possiable with LC?

dear all,

 

in form have dynamic added rows, , each rows, have many categories , sub-categories user choice.

 

and there many categories make performance of form getting bad.

 

i wonder if can make lookup dialog windows application, don't need to:

- save data of categories in form

- rebuild sub-categories drop down every rows user add
