Installed 3.2 RC - lost 3.2 beta files

i suppose selected wrong on install.  have old lightroom 2 data (thrilled have in 1 place possibly), lost did in 3.2 beta.  can me retireve it, or lost , written over?

what mean lost? no files in lightroom? or no edits on files?

 

perhaps 3.2 rc started new empty catalog. , have opne catalog have used in 3 beta 2.
