Suggest A Work Flow?

my work flow takes .dng files camera card folder called <to sorted> choose ones keep , discard.

i move chosen .dng files <awaiting processing> prepare them uploading agency in .jpg form expoting them <not yet submitted>. on submission move files <awaiting approval> , on approval agency move them <on sale>.

 

the original .dng files chosen moved <raw library>

 

i feeling physically moving files folder folder not sit lr3 , since have limited experience of full capabilities of program, there better way of organising work.

 

i adding images, have images @ every stage (ie in every folder) of flow. idea can see @ glance images in flow , if there imbalances in flow.

 

any ideas improvement or creative thoughts - or criticism of method? gratefully received.

i'd make custom label set containing each of names , label originals corresponding labels.
