Photoshop Elements 5 Re-Install Help

hi there,

i have tried re-install photoshop elements 5 have owned since jan 2007 onto new laptop, both old hard drive , independant download.

when active product , agree license details there numerous error messages appearing , product closes down.

i have tried removing , re-installing number of times keep getting same errors.

when click desktop shortcut pe5 following error messages.

1.could not load fastcore routines module because file not found.

2.could not load mmxcore routines module because file not found.

3.could not load multiprocessor support module because file not found.

4.could not initialize photoshop elements because file not found.

clearly there errors both trying install old hard drive , independant download.

i have registered serial# adobe product can't find installation cd.

any grately appreciated.

you didn't tell operating system using, if windows vista or windows 7, need apply pse 5.0.2 patch.

please read thread advice on how proceed.
