Indesign CS4 template sizes

i'm looking two-fold leaflet, size b5.

i can't seem find suitable 1 (and adobebridge crashing)

 

is there way adapt current templates specific dimensions or need find original template @ correct size?

you create new document (ctrl + n) , enter size want there...   i'm not big fan of templates, recommend learn start off without them, you'll better understanding of makes document , can more versatile.  2 fold mean this?:

 

if make middle panel document width/3, front panel same plus 1mm, , inside panel same less 1mm.  first page draw this:

 

note set 3mm bleed , 10mm slug, 7mm trim marks in slug area.

 

then create inside copy page, select (ctrl + a), make sure proxy in centre:

and hit flip horizontal button.  select guides , repeat.  have created own high quality template , know how made....
