Problem with Indesign, dll hell?

i have problem new install of cs4. problem occurs 1 out of 3 users on 3 different computers.

when deleting windows userprofile problem persists.

thwe computer, hp xw has 3gb ram (tested memtest, good) windows xp sp3, x32 de

 

problem description:

all applications indesign start normally. when user problem starts indesign, applications hangs @ "loading panels" (in german "bedienfelder laden"). in eventlog says problem msvcr80.dll.

 

what tried (to no avail),

memtest

update xp

reinstall cs4 (uninstall cleanscript)

update video driver

uninstall visual ++ runtime library , reinstall them.

delete windows userprofile

made user local admin , domain admin

oh yeah, tried adobe support, sucks, don't bother looking it.

 

running procmon, gave me idea problem:

c:\windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.4053_x-ww_e6967989

 

i don't know else try, anybody?

 

adobe "support":

the thing adobe did tell me install fresh , run cleanscript.

when didn't work, had send logs. (sadly can upload jpg , pdf files renamed them)

today received update adobe not support network settings?! case closed..

 

i dissappointed in way adobe handles case. can complain?!

well don't complain here because user user forum.  , ask question in indesign forum, you'll have better luck there getting answer.  have quick search first, this list might help?
