re-mastering ubuntu 9.x , not sure how switch kde mode in chroot environment.i need edit menus , want insert/modify few of menus.

1 aware how start gui in chroot mode.

run apps in nested x server.


start x server outside chroot:

xnest -ac :10.0

in chroot environment set display variable , start kde session:

code:

display=:10.0  startkde
