i want tell how garmin/asus a10 mobile phone internet modem.
in australia , mobile internet expensive thing have. cheapest dodo had few problems trying out friends usb modem.
anyway in market gps phone , discover one. android phone , pretty cheap far gps, camera, mp3, , phone excellent.

here clincher. when plug computer, phone screen lights , gives 3 options. sync email , calender, open folders,
, use internet modem
click on internet connection , heh presto ubuntu on www.

no configuration @ in ubuntu

highly recommend phone

one more bonus - went , bought mobile internet sim card ( same phone company phone locked optus)
, bingo have internet cheaper phone giving me. had 200mb on phone plan , pay 50 cents/ per mb on that.

, still easy on net, why want wireless dongle , **** give....

impressed gps - android phone , although after 6hrs of constant gps mode whilst driving sydney unit quite hot touch.

happy phone , android apps use free facebook , c;geo geocaching app , being able put coordinates on photos , directly upload facebook or flickr.
love being able pull photos off , put music on in ubuntu

sure more tech savvy , demanding people find faults phone
