Layout issues

hello,

 

i trying make updates homepage when open  index (homepage)in dreamweaver layout different  , on place, not following template @ all. if  copy , paste source code site homepage(www.protechelectronics.com) dw and  compare how looks on web, see mean.

i have not changed code since last time should a  problem not know issue is..hopefully can  help!

ps. checked validation , there seem alot of errors such tables without attributes, etc..its weird because if open old backup of homepage (which  doesnt have recent changes made it) getting same layout  mistakes, such no top banner (which should come the  template)..any reason can think of this?

when it's messed talking dreamweaver's design view? if so, please know design view should not taken accurate in way - should considered gross aproximation. site viewed in browser should considered accurate (and if everythings working on live site leaves dreamweaver's design view messing stuff up)
