Best settings for Flash output PREL 8
hi all,
i apologize if repeat question, i've spent couple of hours today trying find answer , no avail.
here's what's happening: once completed, creative agency sends me file (mov format...details below) , export flash (see settings below). when export flash video, white text on black screen fuzzy , borderline illegible, yet rest of video fine. idea why happening?

do have control on format agency sending files in? mp4 1 of more challenging formats premiere elements work with.
you don't project settings you're using in premiere elements work these files -- combination of , file format why you're getting such mediocre results.
if can send movs using dv codec rather h.264 codec, start. should able great results editing dv file in premiere elements project set dv.
i'm not sure why you're outputting flv file @ strange dimensions (700x300), account blurriness, since you've down-rezzing file lower resolution. these specs agency wants video at?
finally, how judging quality of flv files? playing them on , looking @ them @ 100% actual size or looking @ them oversized or, worse, @ full-screen on computer? can affect results.
