404 error with Sporticus template - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have gotten following errors template installed , have not clue how fix it. itroed .htaccess , sef url thing in global settings. no joy. should next? noob , have indeed been searching web , forums in fact learned ,htaccess , sef url idea post on forum thanks!
