is there setting make jce editor not inherit html formatted text?

i have users don't know joomla post articles through website , need make process easy them.

when copying text somewhere on internet , pasting jce editor, saving article , publishing it, layout of article becomes misplaced.

the manual trick paste text web notepad copy notepad , editor. there way clean text pasted editor automatically?

the second icon left on second row in article editor let paste content plain text. kind of same idea pasting , out of notepad.
