64Bit Issues

i'm not sure if of having problem, don't have 64 bit os. of course need 1 run premiere , after fx in cs5. under impression when download cs5 production package, premiere , after fx default cs4 version if computer 32 bit. after downloading trial, discovered wasn't true. loaded expect 2 programs. suggestions of have?

cs5 includes cs4 premiere users 32 bit only.  see else may have.
