Suggestions for little pop up boxes?

i'm working on page here :

if down @ first winners, i'm trying add in little links show little pop ups display 3 bits of info - vote, contact , website.

i've been trying out p7's tooltip magic extension, i'm not sure how add links content of tooltip, referring title attributes.

are there other similar tools achieve sort of thing? found :

which guess sort of thing, ideally have without title , close/maximise/minimise buttons.

i'm sure there must plenty of ways of doing this, appreciate if point me in direction of methods.

(or suggest way of incorporating link within p7 code?)
