New project based on existing HTML files

hello,

i have set of html files, inside own respective directories. want make project based on these files same folder structure, folder  structure structure of table of contents. should hand, create each folder , import html files or there faster , better way.

i'd create folder , import files it. make sure focus on folder before importing though or else files may not go want. once files in required folders can create toc.
