Image Processor not working in CS 5

i have installed cs5 design premium on mac pro @ work. (had installed education demo, turns out school doesn't fit adobe's critereon eligibility - , doesn't take after telling that) although have qualified years, , education people in 14 countries are top school in world on our subject. no biggie, upgrade's $50 more napp discount.

 

but @ home installed fine on mac pro , works great. @ work, cs4 works flawlessly, can't run image processor bridge, or import photos photoshop layers, photomerge, not hdr pro.

 

before settings wouldn't stick in image processor, , fixed issue changing permissions on photoshop settings folder in user account. settings stick image processor, when tell process set of images, keeps coming dialog saying "sorry, not process following files..." , gives list of each file it's path.

 

i'm wondering if javascrpits running process broken, or have permission problems. (image processor, hdr pro, etc.)

 

if in bridge, seelct tools->photoshop->batch, gives me error dialog: "fatalerror: general photoshop error occurred. functionality may not available in version of photoshop. <no additional information available>"

 

i rely on photoshop large portion of work. , includes processing thousands of images. cannot see how problem unique me. else having problem? there fix? stuck cs4 automation? btw, can use applescripts automate photoshop cs5. how wierd that? scripts wrote work, built-in ones appear broken on machine.

 

additional information: i'm on windows network using active directory , company user account while happening. works @ home, it's own mac running os x 10.6.4. have latest cs5 updates installed.

without knowledge working on network know can give

problems bridge, should work.

 

and when "it works @ home" mean stand alone system or also

over same network @ work??

 

first try reset preferences bridge if not work , on

the same configuration cs4 edition has no problem same network

i think should open case adobe tech support using contact

button on top of forum page.
