Adobe Reader 9 doesnt render font size's smaller that 6

i have adobe reader 9 , adobe acrobat 8 installed on computer.

 

when try open pdf has font size of 5 or smaller doesnt matter font cut half of text off in adobe reader 9.  seems problem adobe reader 9 cause have multiple computers here @ office running adobe reader 9 , cannot see of there text if font size 5 or smaller.

 

when open exact same pdf in adobe acrobat 8 renders font size 5 text.

 

is there font library or pack can download solve problem adobe reader 9.

the reason ask because have clients using adobe reader 9 need able see these pdf's.

 

any appreciated.
