Channel.Call.Failed

hi all,

 

     using flex 3 , blazeds in project. getting following error when user performs backend calls. after time not getting error same backend call. happening randomly

after lots of research, found following request send flex server as:

flex sends commandmessage.disconnect_operation request server.

 

i want know why/when request send server.
