Thread: help with Ubuntu 10.04/Slackware 13.1 dual boot?

hello, i've been using ubuntu and/or mint 4 months. i've been maintaining changing lineup of 2 - 4 distros on grub2 *buntu being constant lol. <- i'm little hyper .
anyway, install slackware 13.1 1 of partitions. it's kind of grandaddy of them , i'd take spin.
hyperactive , relatively new user it's not uncommon me break things, hahah - helps me learn. have sweet ubuntu desktop setup , it's working marvelously if can avoid catastrophes rather so. again hasn't stopped me yet lol.
i, of course have critical data , media backed optical.
can expect in process? know slack uses lilo can chain load grub2 same way say, mandriva or pclinuxos? need edit on slackware side? assuming need similar changes partition numbers legacy grub? help!
