external hard drive recommendation for ppro (cs5) on windows pc

does have recommendation students --so, cheap, reliable, easy--an external hard drive can buy work on premiere pro cs5  in class on windows? 

should have 400firewire, 200gb, not need re-formatted.

windows compatibility must, premiere pro compatibility, best if internally powered.

all externals come pre-formatted in fat-32, don't want. need convert ntfs.

 

second, don't want fw400 or usb, unless backup purposes only.

 

the externals suitable editing work ntfs formatted , use esata or possibly fw800 interface (the lesser of 2 performance wise).
