How to make Text Appear as HyperLink (htmlText isn't working )

hi ,

 

in 1 of forum question , have seen answer for   question .

 

the question , want  make text (mx:text) appear hyperlink . solution given use

 

<mx:text htmltext="some text entered "/>

 

but when tried , isn't working me , (i using flex 3 )

 

any ideas chnages make work .

someone correct me, believe htmltext in flex 4 quite different flex 3... provide details how trying format text?
